We provide integration tools such as APIs, plugins, QR code payments, invoicing, and subscription-based services. Fund settlements are processed directly to your verified bank account.

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue certain features as necessary to maintain compliance or improve functionality.

User Obligations

As a registered user, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate business and financial details
• Use the platform solely for lawful business purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or account compromise

Fees and Settlement

All applicable fees are mentioned in your Merchant Agreement or visible within your Dashboard. We reserve the right to revise fees with prior notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and it is your responsibility to remit such taxes as required.

Chargebacks and refunds will be handled according to our internal policies and applicable regulations. Settlement timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or restricted activities, including the sale of counterfeit goods, narcotics, adult material, gambling services, firearms, or any products prohibited by law.

Any attempt to exploit or compromise the platform’s security will lead to account suspension, withholding of funds, and possible legal action.

Risk Monitoring and Fraud Management

We use advanced AI systems, automated risk scoring, and transaction monitoring tools to detect and prevent fraud. Transactions flagged as suspicious may be delayed, reviewed, or reversed.
